  • Technical Account Manager

    Shoppimon is looking for a technical account manager to join the team. This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with experience in Technical Account Management looking to help build something from the ground up.

    As technical account manager you will be our customers’ main point of contact at the company. You will be involved with them during the sales process and throughout their lifecycle at Shoppimon. Run POC calls, onboard and educate new customers, keep them in the know with helpful educational materials and the latest company news. Make sure clients gain the full value of Shoppimon’s solution, and when you spot the opportunity, make the upsell.

    Work closely with R&D on new features, product requests, and recommendations. Collaborate witht he sales team on pre-sale and upselling opportunities. And work hand in hand with marketing on data and industry trends. This job is for someone looking to take things to the next level!

    TAM Responsibilities

    • Own the POC Process
    • Assist sales team during sales process
    • Own customer reputation – onboard, train and educate new clients. Build engagement, and help ensure long term satisfaction.
    • Help customers tailor Shoppimon for their unique needs
    • Recommend and test new product features
    • Expand customer usage and upsell when opportunity aries
    • Pull and analyze data from the Shoppimon database to identify industry benchmarks and trends

    TAM Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience at similar position in a B2B SaaS company
    • Process driven and goal focussed
    • Experience wtih SQL
    • Experience with SalesForce
    • Experience with Zendesk
    • Experience querying databases and finding stories in data
    • Driven and looking to make a mark
    • Needs a challenge
    • Excels in fast-paced environment
    • Native English – Big Plus
    • Exceptional English – A MUST
    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
    • Workweek: Monday – Friday

  • Inside Sales Rep

    We’re looking for a high energy, highly motivated inside sales rep to help us continue growing.

    The inside sales rep will play a key part in sales outreach and acquisition. To be the right person for this job you must be comfortable making calls and providing numerous demos every day. You should be able to quickly generate interest in Shoppimon, get new clients onboard, nurture and close deals.

    • Consistently meet and beat sales targets
    • Source new prospects through outbound calls and emails
    • Nurture inbound leads
    • Get to know customers inside and out
    • Provide informative product demos
    • Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape product and messaging, based on customer needs


    • 2+ years experience in inside sales
    • Native English
    • Proven sales track record
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Fearless when making outbound calls
    • Highly organized and process driven, ensuring potential clients never slip through the cracks
    • Experience working closely with a CRM, process automation and analytics tools
    • Highly motivated, and driven to bring in new customers starting with initial outreach through to close
