Shoppimon is looking for a technical account manager to join the team. This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with experience in Technical Account Management looking to help build something from the ground up.
As technical account manager you will be our customers’ main point of contact at the company. You will be involved with them during the sales process and throughout their lifecycle at Shoppimon. Run POC calls, onboard and educate new customers, keep them in the know with helpful educational materials and the latest company news. Make sure clients gain the full value of Shoppimon’s solution, and when you spot the opportunity, make the upsell.
Work closely with R&D on new features, product requests, and recommendations. Collaborate witht he sales team on pre-sale and upselling opportunities. And work hand in hand with marketing on data and industry trends. This job is for someone looking to take things to the next level!
Own the POC Process
Assist sales team during sales process
Own customer reputation – onboard, train and educate new clients. Build engagement, and help ensure long term satisfaction.
Help customers tailor Shoppimon for their unique needs
Recommend and test new product features
Expand customer usage and upsell when opportunity aries
Pull and analyze data from the Shoppimon database to identify industry benchmarks and trends
3+ years of experience at similar position in a B2B SaaS company
Process driven and goal focussed
Experience wtih SQL
Experience with SalesForce
Experience with Zendesk
Experience querying databases and finding stories in data
We’re looking for a high energy, highly motivated inside sales rep to help us continue growing.
The inside sales rep will play a key part in sales outreach and acquisition. To be the right person for this job you must be comfortable making calls and providing numerous demos every day. You should be able to quickly generate interest in Shoppimon, get new clients onboard, nurture and close deals.

2+ years experience in inside sales

Experience working closely with a CRM, process automation and analytics tools
Highly motivated, and driven to bring in new customers starting with initial outreach through to close
